Who We Are
At Pure Air Mold Testing, we’re not just another mold testing company — we’re a team of licensed home inspectors with years of hands-on experience in roofing, exterior systems, grading, and ventilation.

Our background in full-home inspections gives us an edge in identifying the root cause of mold and moisture problems, not just the symptoms. We understand how homes are built, how moisture gets in, and how to detect the issues that most mold companies miss.
Mold Testing & Inspections
Mold Testing & Inspections

If you suspect mold in your home, we’re here to give you clear answers. We combine professional sampling with a thorough inspection to determine if mold is present, how widespread it is, and what’s likely causing it. Every inspection includes lab-tested samples and a full evaluation of the conditions that support mold growth — like moisture, leaks, or poor ventilation. You’ll get straightforward results and a plan for what to do next — no guesswork, no scare tactics.

What Sets Us Apart

Most mold companies only focus on what’s visible. We go further.

Expert Eyes
With our knowledge of home construction, we can spot the signs of moisture intrusion and ventilation issues that others miss.
Problem-Solvers
We understand how water gets in — whether it’s improper roof flashing, grading issues, or attic ventilation problems.
Trusted Professionals
We already inspect homes for buyers, sellers, and homeowners — we know where to look and how to explain what we find.
Accurate Results
Advanced Tools

We use professional-grade tools to detect mold and moisture-related issues even when they’re not visible to the naked eye

Thermal Imaging Cameras
Reveal hidden temperature differences behind walls and ceilings, often indicating moisture or poor insulation.
Moisture Meters
Help pinpoint elevated moisture levels in drywall, wood, and other materials.
Hygrometers
Measure humidity and help assess if the indoor environment is ideal or mold-prone.
Borescopes
Allow us to inspect inside wall cavities, under flooring, and in other tight spaces without major damage.
Types of Samples We Offer
Mold Sampling Methods

Not all mold problems are the same — that’s why we offer a full range of sampling options to accurately assess the type and extent of mold in your home. Our approach is science-based and tailored to each property

Air Sampling
We collect air samples to measure airborne mold spore levels — both inside the home and outside as a baseline comparison. This helps determine if mold is actively circulating in the breathing zone.
Surface Swab Testing
Used on visibly suspect areas to collect a sample for lab analysis. Great for determining the exact type of mold present on a surface.

Tape Lift Sampling
Similar to swab testing, this method collects a direct imprint of a surface to evaluate what spores or growth may be present. Often used on walls, ceilings, or furniture.

Bulk Sampling
We take a physical piece of material (drywall, insulation, etc.) for analysis when deeper contamination is suspected. This helps understand how far mold may have penetrated.

Certified Lab Testing

We partner with a trusted local, third-party accredited lab that specializes in environmental and mold analysis. Working with a nearby lab means:

Fast results
Reliable, professionally reviewed reports
Consistent accuracy with proper chain-of-custody procedures

You’ll receive a clear lab report along with our expert explanation, so you know exactly what the results mean for your home.

Clear Action Plan to Help You Move Forward

Every mold inspection includes:

A full property walkthrough and visual inspection
Professional sampling using the appropriate method(s)
Certified lab analysis with clear, easy-to-understand results
Photos, diagrams, and written explanations that show what we found and where
Once your inspection is complete, you’ll receive a step-by-step plan outlining what to do next. If remediation or repairs are needed, we can refer you to a trusted team of mold remediation professionals we work closely with.

We don’t perform mold removal ourselves, which means our testing and recommendations remain honest and unbiased. Our priority is helping you understand the situation and take confident, informed steps to protect your home and health.
